Refund policy

All refunds will be processed via our payment gateway Stripe. Refunds need to be claimed within 24 hrs of receiving the product. We will only send refund when receiving the product back in return and it is in the condition we sent in the original order. If there is damage to the product or the product is not returned we will not refund. All returned items will be sent via a track courier at the expense of the buyer.

All products are authentic and can be supported with the correct documentation.

Refunds will be acknowledge and communication via email and Stripe is to be mandatory during the refund claim. We are happy to work with other credit merchant to ensure refunds are processed on both sides.
